Service Agreement
You will first receive a Service Agreement outlining all agreed services and providing a transparent overview of the company formation process. We will then verify the availability of your preferred company name. Once it has been approved, we will send you our Power of Attorney template by email, available in either German or English. Once the Power of Attorney has been signed and we have received all required documents, the company formation process can officially begin.

Passport & Powers of Attorney
You must have two original copies of the Power of Attorney, prepared by us, and two copies of your passport notarized by a notary public. After notarization, all documents must also be legalized with an Apostille issued by the competent court or authority. Please then send us the following original documents by post: 2 original notarized Powers of Attorney with Apostille 2 notarized passport copies with Apostille Important: A notarization alone is not sufficient. The documents will only be officially recognized in Georgia once they have been issued with an Apostille, allowing them to be used for both company incorporation and business bank account opening.

Sending the Original Documents
Once you have received your documents, including the Apostille issued by the competent court or authority, please send all original documents to our office in Georgia via DHL Express or FedEx Express. Upon receipt of your documents, we will begin processing your application immediately. First, your documents will be translated into Georgian by a sworn translator and then officially notarized. After that, your company will be officially registered with the relevant Georgian authorities.
