How long does it take to set up?
The incorporation usually takes 3 to 5 working days once your documents have arrived in Georgia.
Do I have to travel to Georgia?
No, all documents are submitted via email and sent by courier. You do not need to appear in person.
What documents do I need?
A notarized power of attorney and a passport copy with an apostille* (templates will be provided).
*A form of authentication used in international document exchange.
What protection does a Georgian sole proprietorship offer me?
There is no limitation of liability, but it would be very uncomfortable for most people to sue you in Georgia.
Are founders from certain countries excluded?
Basically no, but it may be difficult for citizens of Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea and currently Russia to obtain an account in Georgia, which is absolutely necessary.
Can I choose a name?
Yes, you can select a brand name, but your own name will always appear in the Extract tab.
When can the company be used?
Immediately after incorporation, however, the 1% status only becomes active from the month after incorporation; before that, 20% tax is due.

We provide notary recommendations. These fees are not included.

- Send all documents to us in advance by email for preliminary review
- After the preliminary review, we require your original documents by mail. (DHL or UPS delivery preferred)
